It Manager

Were on the lookout for a dynamic IT Manager to spearhead our IT initiatives and infrastructure. In this role, you’ll not only oversee the smooth functioning of day-to-day IT operations but also design and implement future-ready IT strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Create, implement, and manage the backbone of our IT systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Oversee hardware and software management, ensuring seamless daily operations.
• Develop IT policies and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Safeguard our IT infrastructure and information by implementing best-in-class security practices.
• Collaborate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Lead efforts to maintain certification compliance for ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards.
• Inspire, mentor, and guide a talented team of IT professionals.
• Report IT performance metrics and progress to senior management, driving informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications -

• Post-graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as COMPTIA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, and ISO 22301.
• 4-6 years of experience in IT management, with a strong understanding of infrastructure design, IT security, and compliance.
