Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily volumes and ensure all tasks are completed as per SLA.
Manage open and unresolved tasks under individual ownership.
Discover workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions to improve operations.
Drive cross skilling across teams to other work types.
Conduct Quality checking (QC) of daily tasks and Quality Assurance of the team.
Generate and manage daily/weekly accuracy and productivity reports.
Accept, acknowledge, and triage customer requests as per dedicated process guidelines.
Analyze customer requests for content, validity, and urgency.
Interface with multiple functional areas to investigate cases and acquire information.
Accurate review and entry of required data points.
File and record responses as per process guidelines in a timely and accurate manner within systems provided for the same.
Respond to customer requests promptly within specified timelines and proactively communicate with customers regarding their requests.
Identify and escalate emergency requests, as needed.
Clarify request information, issues, and inquiries.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate, preferably with a legal degree (LLB).
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
3 to 5 years experience with at least 2 years in legal operations preferably in Triage, Intake, Contract Management Lifecycle - Drafting, negotiations, Repository Management, Obligation/Commitment management, Contract Analysis and Abstractions.
Ability to train new team members and lead and consistently update knowledge management portal.
Deliver client SLAs and internal KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with other professionals in the legal department and business teams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to execute personal time management adhering to deadlines and proactively manage conflicting priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
Proficient Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and related software programs and experience with contract management or case management software.
Strong client-service and customer orientation
Ability to process and combine large data volumes and produce various reports.
Ability to independently present thoughts and presentations of ideas with peers and management.
Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple assignments at once, and meet deadlines.
