Job Title: Proposal Writer
Location: Bengaluru
Type: Full-Time Consultant
CTC: ₹6-8 LPA (based on experience and current salary)
Reporting to: Head - Corporate Partnerships and Marcom

Role Overview:
The Proposal Writer will create impactful project proposals, working with internal teams and donors, develop budgets, and track submissions.

Responsibilities:

• Write clear, detailed, donor-friendly proposals.
• Collaborate with teams to include objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Track submissions and maintain records.
• Update leadership on proposal status and refine based on feedback.
• Build a library of proposal templates and standard documents.

Qualifications:

• Masters in Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
• 3–5 years in proposal writing or fundraising in the NGO sector.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and design tools like Canva.
