Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Lead in handling SAP SAC projects
• Self-starter, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and articulation skills
• Excellent client communication skills, Ability to understand customer problem, technical challenges,  design challenges, identify risks and provide mitigation solutions
• Proven onsite and offshore coordination skills
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams
• Ability to adapt to new technologies/tools
• Must be adept in understanding complex functional and technical requirements

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in integration technologies such as SAP, SAP SAC, SAP FICO, SAP CDS, SAP SFQ, SAP HANA, S/4 HANA Business Flow, SAP Business Data Warehousing
• SAP HANA - Native HANA 2.0 development experienced in XSA environment
• Expertise in creating various Information models attribute views and analytic views
• Expertise in creation of HANA Procedures, graphical and SQL scripts-based calculation views
• Expertise in HANA Currency conversions and export/import of delivery units into quality and production systems
• Expertise in HANA 2.0 Web IDE based development
• Expertise in developing HANA modelling objects such as tables, views, decision tables, custom functions etc.
• Expertise in building HANA objects using CDS based artifacts.
• Good experience HANA 2.0 application-based deployment.
• Good experience HANA HDB container and cross container concepts
• Good experience in developing HANA procedures.
• Good experience in applying PAL algorithms.
• Good experience in data extraction techniques such as BODS, SDI and SDA.
• Expertise in consuming HANA artifacts in java layer.
• Business Object Data Services - Development experienced
• Expertise in developing BODS objects such as dataflows, workflows, query transformations, template tables and custom functions
• S/4HANA
• Good experience on S/4HANA ABAP CDS view creation, CDS table function, CDS tables and AMDP procedures.
• Extensively worked on S4/HANA Embedded analytics project.
• SAP BW and BW/4HANA
• Expertise in modelling of BW objects such as extractors, ADSO, Composite providers, Open ODS views, Transformations, Data Transfer Process and process chains
• Expertise in Bex query designer and extensively worked on columns, rows, restricted key figures, calculated key figures, variables, exceptions, and conditions
• Expertise in migrating DSOs, info cubes into HANA optimized objects
• Expertise in performance tuning of BW objects and worked on BW data archiving techniques
• Expertise in installing Business content and transporting objects into quality and production systems
• Experience in working with Retail clients
• Problem solving/root cause analysis/analytical skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of SAC Reporting applications
• Manage client from offshore and ability to work in 2-11 shift
• Collaborate with multi-vendor teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
• Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable Problem-solving integration solutions
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of deliverables
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues
• Mentor and guide junior developers
