Job Description
- Technical Skills:
- 1 to 3 years of strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with manual testing techniques and test case design.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and languages(eg. SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
- Preferably Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman).
- Proficiency in using test management tools. (e.g., JIRA, Azure)
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate issues.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when needed.
