Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, dynamic and talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand and message effectively. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, including but not limited to print and digital media, social media graphics, website design, and product packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing graphics for a variety of media, including print and digital.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website design layouts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business and branding objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and designs that meet project requirements and communicate brand messages effectively.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Prepare and provide design files in the appropriate formats for final production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or certifications in motion graphic design or a related field.
• Proficient tool knowledge in Compulsory Software Photoshop, Illustrator for still design and Aftereffect, Premiere for motion designing.
• Strong design portfolio that demonstrates a range of design skills and styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Familiarity with video animation tools is a plus.

Salary: ₹15k/ to ₹18k/- (negotiable)
