Job Description
- Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
- Implement accounting systems/processes.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Control the master data of the general register
- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
- Manage the full financial process,Prepare an expense budget report,Reconcile income statements.
- Preparation & finalization of the financial statements of the Company
- Reviewing, interpreting and execution of various deeds, documents and agreements of the company.
- Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c.
- Monitored and managed the day-to-day accounting operations Sales and General Expenses entries, Bank Book and Bank Reconciliations, Cash Book entries and Cash Balances
- Treasury Management
- Developing & Managing Investor, Fund Managers relations
- Analyses and mitigate key elements of the Companys risk profiles and prepare action plan to minimize the risk and ensure the adequate insurance cover.
- Generation of various reports/ statements / MIS as and when required by the Management
- Liaising with statutory auditors, internal auditors
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualified CA/CS with a minimum experience of 8-10 years
PG: CS in Any Specialization, CA in Any Specialization
