Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from a variety of sources to assist in the development of informed business strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and analytical skills, the ability to synthesize complex information, and the capacity to communicate insights effectively to leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of financial data, trends, and market conditions to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing research findings, highlighting key insights, and making actionable recommendations.
• Create and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership, incorporating data-driven visuals and clear explanations.
• Develop compelling data visualizations and infographics to communicate complex research results in an accessible format.
• Write detailed investment research reports, providing data-backed recommendations and actionable insights.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic developments that could impact strategy and business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Superior analytical and research capabilities with the ability to work with large data sets and extract meaningful insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create compelling visuals and complex financial models.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts and methodologies into easily understood language.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in investment research, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, and industry-specific trends is preferred.
