Managing day-to-day operations of the unit.

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Hiring, training, and managing a team of employees, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities as necessary.

Setting performance goals and expectations for employees, and regularly reviewing progress toward those goals.

Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Managing budget and resources effectively, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary constraints.

Proven experience in leadership and management roles.

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
