Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include overseeing plant operations encompassing manufacturing, production, maintenance, operations, planning, sales, and financial coordination. Responsible for safety, quality, delivery and conversion cost.
• Responsible for evaluating monthly financial performance with an emphasis on enhancing EBITDA and executing strategies for improvement, while also overseeing costs associated with materials, direct labor, process consumables, electricity, fuel, and overhead expenses.
• Enhance processes to reduce both internal and external rejections and minimize the need for rework.
• Implementing lean concepts for improving working standards. •Overseeing the Bill of Materials (BOM) costs to ensure the plant meets its profitability targets (EBIT).
• Coordinating with customers and managing activities related to customer requirements.
• Implementing cost-cutting measures to facilitate scheduled price reductions for customers.E
• Establish and track KRA and KPI for department heads and their teams.
• Collaborate closely with SCM, PPC, and Quality Assurance teams to enhance capacity utilization, achieve SQDCM targets, and execute the Ramp-Up plan.
• Establish all processes & systems for successful completion of PPAP with customer.
• Acknowledgment and appreciation of employees across different tiers.
• Monitoring continuous quality improvement activities for the plant and adhering to standards like TS 16949 & ISO 14001.
• Lead the Teams for Participation in Quality Circle competition
