Sr. Digital Signal Processing Engineer - Module Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Program and prototype signal processing algorithms in MATLAB, C/C++, or equivalent
languages.
Perform signal processing tasks such as detection, estimation, and tracking using advanced
computational methods.
Verify and test signal processing algorithms, ensuring robustness and accuracy.
Debug and fix issues in Radar and Wireless Communication applications, ensuring
system-wide reliability.
Collaborate with RF sensor payload R&D teams to develop and demonstrate RF signal
processing and array processing algorithms.
Maintain technical documentation and present findings effectively to stakeholders and
diverse audiences.
Interact with engineering teams across disciplines to ensure seamless system integration
and compatibility.
Technical Skills Required:
1. Programming Expertise:
o Proficiency in MATLAB, C/C++, or other signal processing programming languages.
2. Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Expertise:
o Strong understanding of DSP concepts, including:
Spectral estimation, digital filter design, multirate systems, signal compression techniques, time-frequency analysis,FFTs and frequency translation.
Digital filter design and implementation.
3. Wireless Communication Knowledge:
o Baseband wireless concepts: Sampling theory, bandpass sampling, and line coding schemes.
Modulation techniques such as AM/FM, ASK, BPSK, QAM, and FSK.
4. Algorithm Development:
o Hands-on experience in developing, simulating, and testing advanced signal processing algorithms for real-world applications.
5. System-Level Skills:
o Familiarity with electronic warfare products, radar systems, and C-UAS technologies.
o Ability to debug and maintain complex radar and communication applications.
6. Documentation and Presentation:
o Strong ability to document findings and present technical content clearly to both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
