Presales Architect (2-6 yrs)

Role and Responsibility Description

- Work in sync with Sales-team & help them to prepare detailed proposals and presentations outlining the recommended hardware configurations, including technical specifications.

- Interact with customers to gather detailed requirements, and understand their infrastructure, and identify opportunities, solutions on-premises and public cloud.

- Maintain a deep understanding of our Infra product portfolio, staying updated on new releases, features, and industry trends.

- Need to do OEM certifications as per organization requirement.

- Conducts POC & demo & showcase the capabilities of our solutions and address any technical concerns for customer.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and recommendations on on-premises and public cloud infrastructure selection, deployment strategies, and best practices.

Required Qualification :

- Min- 2 to 6 years

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Any specification in education: A Strong understanding of latest technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and data center infrastructure with Operating systems & virtualization

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with enterprise hardware solutions from leading vendors such as HPE, Dell EMC, Enterprise, Cisco, AI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.

- Certifications in relevant latest technologies (e.g ,HPE, Dell EMC, VMware, Microsoft , Linux, Cloud, AI, Nvidia )
