Job Summary: The Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department or team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures. They are responsible for leading and motivating team members, setting goals, and implementing strategies to achieve organizational objectives. The Manager also serves as a liaison between upper management and frontline employees, communicating goals, objectives, and feedback effectively.

• Set clear and measurable goals for team members, providing direction and guidance to support goal attainment.
• Monitor industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the department or team.
