Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers, showcasing how products meet their needs.
Solution Customization: Work with the engineering or product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients, ensuring technical specifications align with customer requirements.
Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and contracts, and address customer queries related to product features, pricing, and capabilities.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to provide valuable insights for the sales strategy.
Post-Sales Support: Provide technical assistance during the implementation of solutions, ensuring smooth integration and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Training & Development: Continuously expand knowledge of the companys products and solutions, participating in training sessions as necessary.
Engineer/ Diploma with Instrumentation or Electronics and good written & Oral communication skills.
