Role & responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to create plans for finding the right talent
Use a variety of methods to find potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and
networking
Review resumes, cover letters, and applications to identify the best candidates
Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Help new hires get started and answer any questions
Managing day-to-day functions of a company's Human Resources department, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes like onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, compliance with labor laws, and overall employee experience by maintaining accurate records, implementing policies, and resolving administrative issues
Preferred candidate profile
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in HR technology systems and data management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
