Job Description

1.Need to take complete ownership, responsibilities and ensure all the targets are achieved as per the companys expectations everyday\weekly\Monthly\quarterly\yearly for Presales & Sales primarily to achieve revenue will be given by Management every month without fail and then need to ensure to handle other departments are performing as per Management’s expectations in Design & Execution department at the branch.

2. Need to achieve the target as an individual as well as a team given by the company every month and every quarter

3. Maintaining Customer Relationship Management.

4. Active participation in preparing presentations and presenting to customers.

5. Involve in mood board presentation, preparing quotations, work orders, daily reports, sales reports etc.

6. Need to introduce new products/ vendors/ exporters for the company and need to generate new B2B/ B2C business opportunities for the company.

7. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.

8. Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events, advertisements, and demonstrations.

9. Need to maintain the minimum profit and margin of more than 25% always for all closing deals to happen in the company. You can plan for other additional costs like commissions for other vendors after keeping a minimum profit of 25% margin on the overall project within company rules and limitations.

10. Need to ensure you are aware of your job responsibilities and achieve productive results always.

11. Involve in maintaining the customer's details or CRM database on a regular basis.

12. Ensure to update the daily status to the Manager and higher authority of the company.

13. Ensure all the payments are happening from customers in time for respective projects.

14. Ensure sales targets need to be achieved month on month individually and as a team given by the company and it should be revised every month to increase the sales.

15. In your capacity as the Branch Manager, your role spans the comprehensive management of the PreSales, Sales, Design, and Execution departments. You bear complete responsibility and accountability for the monthly performance and achievements of these departments. During your probation period, your primary focus is on achieving a minimum monthly basic target of INR 1 Crore for the Sales Team (with the help of 1 PreSales and 2 Sales team members) and this target may be revised to a minimum of INR 1.2 Crore post-probation, either with the same team strength or an additional sales team member. The PreSales department has a specific target of achieving a minimum 40% meeting conversion from the provided raw leads. Design team revenue should be achieved 65% of your total sales target of 1 CR every month at the branch. Make sure all projects should be completed and handed over in time as per the deadline given to all clients with proper quality and finishing and without any mistakes by our execution team at the branch. Notably, during the probation period, these targets may be subject to revision by the management.

16. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for cold callings, arranging all Pre-Sales meetings at our office, handle PreSales team with achieving their daily call targets and fixing meetings as per the given target, all processes to be followed, you can implement new processes related to sales with management’s approvals, sales closure, visit sites to generate leads, sales closer, generate B2B or B2C from outside, new process to improve sales in the organization and all business development related activities of the company.

17. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible to play a professional attitude with a professional dress code and role to achieve the sales target for every month. Ensure no reasons would be accepted at the end of the day if the target has not been achieved by you or the team.

18. Need to ensure as a team and as an individual, everyday activities would be updated; the activities need to be performed with results everyday which include quotation preparations, all mood board preparations\presentations, site visit for lead generation, complete sales, customer relationships, all will be planned by the Manager\management and maintain the transparency for all activities with the higher Management.

19. Need to interact with all other team members like design, execution and marketing regularly, set up the plan and expectations with them to generate sales proactively.

20. You need to ensure the sales conversion ratio is maintained at a minimum of 25% of total number of meetings assigned to you or your team and 40% meeting conversion of the total leads will be to the PreSales team else it will be treated as underperformance of the month.

21. Need to coordinate with all the respective Departments till the Sales is closed.

22. Should be always proactively ready to handle the customers individually for design concept presentation, quotation preparations, and sales activities during presales.

23. Need to handle all the escalations raised by any customer till project handover and after sales.

24. Need to adequately follow our organizational process and also understand our Organization Structure.

25. You should always achieve your daily work activity and targets along with all teams based upon which your variable pay & performance will be evaluated.

26. Always be ready when an outside client/ site visit is required, you should not hesitate to go for the site visit or site meeting, site presentation, or site measurement, and shouldn’t demand anything for the same.

27. Need to involve in pre-sales callings, presales meetings, design consultation for Sales Closure, and also follow up with the Client.

28. Need to be at the office and work with a team always during working hours. It should always be transparent to the management, especially when you will be outside of office during business hours.

29. All the company policies are to be followed by you properly and need to work as per company vision\goal.

30. Need to work closely with the management to understand the company’s vision and goal especially for the sales department and need to be in sync with Managements all expectations and achieve the targets as per the Management’s expectations. Need to always have a very soft and professional attitude with everyone in the organization and with all our clients.
