Role: Deputy Manager - Branding and Marketing

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a strategic and operational framework for marketing communications.

- Collaborate with agencies on collateral development (brochures, mailers, AVs) and sports/event management.

- Coordinate content collaboration with internal teams and external agencies for both internal and external communications.

- Management of digital marketing, social media and the corporate website.

- Ensure consistent application of brand communication.

- Conduct brand research, competitor tracking, and analysis of campaigns and initiatives.

- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and manage the allocated budget efficiently.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in setting up & managing campaigns in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Experience in working with web analytics, CRM systems, mailer apps and WhatsApp for Business (WABA).

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing from Tier 1 / 2 B-school.

- 2 to 5yrs of relevant experience.

- Remuneration package will be competitive with industry standards with potential for significant performance-based upside.
