Production Supervisor

Job Profile

• To receive day to day plan and monthly manufacturing chart and achieve the target.
• Maintain the production schedule.
• Evaluate production efficiency.
• Help manufacturing team achieve day to day production.
• Monitors daily production and quality control performance records.
• Identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective action where necceries.
• Provides regular performance feedback and effective training to team for skill development & growth.
• Coordinates and monitors flow of production orders for the floor, able to forecast work and notice potential problem in workflow.
• Enthusiasm & ability to plan & control action to achieve goal.
• A questioning mind with the desire to do things better.
• Result oriented & analytical in approach.
• Effective interpersonal & communication with all staff members & workers.
• Involving in Process Validation Studies.
• Control of RM/PM/Bulk/FG testing & release in time.
• RM/PM Deviation control.
• In process Quality control & deviation coordination with production dept.
• Maintain history card.
• Inventory control with raw material planning as per production need.
• Daily production and raw material review.
• Production with Zero defect.
• Giving training to all workers for critical process every 3 month and regular requirement every 6 month and to maintain the records.
