Collection Head - NBFC (17-24 yrs)

We're Hiring for Role Collection Head for reputed NBFC !!

Role:- Collection Head

Location:- Pune

Key Responsibilities :-

- Position will be responsible for all cases related to Hard BKT as well Write-off in verticals like Machinery Loan , Micro LAP , Big & small Machinery Finance, SME (Secured)

- Responsible for managing/controlling portfolio for Multiple States.

- Find out non-workable a/c's (skip/non-starter & NPA) & its planning for resolution.

- Execution of Interim orders/summon and Warrant under Section-9/17, NI Act 138/25 & EP

- Responsible for monitoring team and the daily activities of the collections systems and process adopted.

- Ensuring disposal of repossessed saleable stock through auction as well as retrieving sale order's timely through legal department & Ops.

- Handling in-house team & taking support of collection from local branch (Sales Support)
