We are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in E-Commerce, HR-Tech, FinTech, RegTech, or Healthcare product development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, market insight, and technical proficiency to manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap:
• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and strategic priorities.
• Market and Customer Analysis:
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and user needs, translating them into product features.
• Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through launch and post-release enhancements.
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and sales, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
• Communicate product updates and strategy to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Performance Measurement:
• Define and monitor product KPIs and metrics to evaluate success and inform future improvements.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product features.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience in E-Commerce, HR-Tech, FinTech, RegTech, or Healthcare.
• Experience in integrating emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, or cloud-based platforms.
• Domain-specific certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Product Management, or similar).
• Proven expertise in delivering scalable, customer-centric software solutions.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
