Area Head

Role & responsibilities :

• Achievement of business plan targets in terms of volume growth as per budget.
• Conducting detailed market study to analyse the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities.
• Drive, motivate & cascade team with organizational & market business / selling strategies.
• Planning & maintain budgeted headcounts to achieve business target..
• Go the extra mile to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the process.
• Managing a team of entire Sales for the entire state.
• Should be a sole responsibility for business P&L for the assigned state.
• Oversee the team to smoothen out the disbursement and post disbursement formalities. Support and liaise with local authorities ,as the need be.
• Constantly monitor the processes to ensure timely collections, to ensure NPAs are retained as minimal to average any risk to the business.
• Support to set technology driven processes and any other measures   to keep operational costs under check.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Any Graduates
• 10+ years of experience in Affordable Sales with minimum 3+ years in team handling role.
• Strong knowledge in Affordable segment and people managing skill required.
• Proficient in driving sales through digital platform.
