Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Calculate overhead rate for inventory valuation for API Plant (Quarterly Review).
• Prepare monthly analysis & releasing standard cost for API division.
• Prepare monthly WIP & variance calculation in SAP, settlement of process orders in SAP.
• Analyze inventory related provisions of API Units.
• Prepare monthly & YTD product wise sales, product wise material consumption & gross contribution variance analysis.
• Evaluate product costing & batch wise yield analysis.
• Prepare cost center wise expense & activity analysis of API Division.
• Prepare and compile cost audit records .
• Prepare CAS-4 certificates as and when required.
• Prepare yearly budgeted raw material costing.
• Monitor sales, material & expenses budgets.
• Provide data of material consumption & inventory for financial audit & tax audit.
• Travel to plants for above related activities.

Desired Skills

• ACMA perfered
• Must have a strong cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills.
• Should be proactive for the compliance of internal and external audit.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and Word.
• Should be flexible enough to travel to plants.
• Should prepare accurate and precise monthly or annual reports.
