Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Identify potential clients and establish strong business relationships.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

• Conduct daily face-to-face sales meetings to maintain and develop relationships with distributors, resellers and agents

• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.

• Prepare sales contracts and negotiate terms and conditions.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns.

• Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

• Identify existing customers with high growth potential and create a roadmap for their further development

• Identify new business opportunities and complete sales planning schedule

• Utilise strategies to win new business on a continuous and consistent basis

• Engage in consultative selling by identifying customers needs and provide a solution to meet those needs.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Ensure effective after meeting follow up to close sales

• Build quality business relationships with new and existing accounts.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

- Essential skills and Qualifications:

• Mandatory Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering & MBA in Marketing

• 0-1 years work wear or safety wear sales experience

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office
