Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing and or operations
• Work closely with the teams to identify and implement productivity improvement measures.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement, with a focus on defect reduction.
• Lead and support Kaizen improvement projects, ensuring their successful execution.
• Continuously review and refine processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in manufacturing excellence, and propose relevant improvements for implementation.
