Post US Mortgage Underwriting - Compliance

Location - Bangalore

Job Shift 7 pm to 5 am - Night - 5 Days a Week Saturday & Sunday Off

Work From Office

Candidate should have experience in end-to-end underwriting process with compliance knowledge and knowledge with 4c’s is must.

• End to end underwriting with 4cs of knowledge
• TILA - Respa Integrated Disclosure (TRID)
• HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure
• Fair Lending Laws
• State-specific Regulations
• Mortgage Origination and Processing
• Risk Management
• Internal Audits and Reviews
• Problem solving and Critical thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automated underwriting systems.
• Document and efficiently communicating reasons for the approval/rejection of loans
