Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Development:

• Conceptualize and create original furniture designs in wood, metal and upholstered chairs.
• Develop detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and manufacturing techniques.
• Research & Trends:

1. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
2. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitive products.
3. Collaboration:

• Work closely with our factory, engineers, and other team members to ensure feasible and cost-effective designs.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to align designs with branding strategies.
• Prototyping & Testing:

1. Build and test prototypes to evaluate functionality, durability, and aesthetics.
2. Refine designs based on feedback and test results.
3. Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or a related field (College like #NID, #IIAD, #CEPT, etc.)

Skills & Experience:

1. Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., @AutoCAD, @SolidWorks, @Rhino, @SketchUp, or similar).
2. Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and ergonomic principles.
3. Excellent sketching, rendering, and visualization skills.
4. Experience in prototyping and working with production teams.
