Role Overview :

As a Founding Engineer at Getlista.io, you will be the driving force behind the technical development of our people discovery platform. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the core engine that powers real-time data search and automated outreach. This is a unique opportunity to work on a project that will directly impact the recruitment industry, reduce time-to-hire, and make hiring decisions smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, develop and deploy the core platform using Python and machine learning.

- Build and optimize algorithms for real-time public data search and data processing.

- Design and implement automation tools that streamline the outreach process for recruiters.

- Collaborate closely with the founders and contribute to product strategy and roadmap.

- Drive continuous improvement in system performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Solve complex technical challenges with a focus on delivering results and creating value.

- Steer customer management with core team members

What We're Looking For :

If you are straight from campus or have experience of years, but are passionate about code and building products ground up, you have our vote.

- Strong understanding of computer fundamentals and someone who demonstrates exceptional problem-solving and an eye for details.

- Experience in Python development and machine learning projects.

- Anchored or have an understanding of LLM projects leveraging ChatGPT or Gemini.

- API champion to multi-link systems in distributed environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a drive for results.

- Experience building scalable, real-time data processing systems.

- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques.

- Ability to work independently and make critical technical decisions.

- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders.

- Passion for innovation and building technology that solves real-world problems.

Bonus Skills :

- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and data enriching techniques or tools.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Previous experience in the recruitment or HR tech space.
