Job Summary: The physiotherapist is responsible for assessing and treating patients with physical conditions, injuries, or disabilities. The role involves creating individualized treatment plans, promoting mobility, and improving physical function to enhance patient quality of life. The physiotherapist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions using manual assessment techniques and diagnostic tools to establish a treatment plan.
• Treatment Implementation: Deliver appropriate therapies, such as manual therapy, exercise regimens, and modalities to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and promote recovery.
• Rehabilitation Programs: Design personalized rehabilitation plans to help patients regain strength and function, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.
• Patient Education: Educate patients about their condition, injury prevention strategies, and proper exercise techniques to maintain long-term health and prevent re-injury.
• Collaboration: Work closely with medical teams, including doctors and nurses, to ensure coordinated care for patients.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records documenting assessments, treatments, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid physiotherapy license or certification as required by the region.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and rehabilitation techniques.

Skills:

• Excellent manual therapy skills and knowledge of therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Empathy and a patient-focused approach to care.
• Yoga knowledge is plus.
