Asst Manager/Manager -Project Management (Pharma)

As part of our further expansion and growth plans, we are looking to hire an aggressive and dynamic (Assistant Manager/Manager ) Project Management Professionals who will assume the new product launches for all Regulated and semi regulated markets for first launch responsibility or our Finished Formulations Business.We are looking at professionals for R&D Projects ,Launch Projects and Life cycle Management .

This position is based at our R&D center at Turbhe Navi Mumbai and will report to the Head of Project Management.

The remuneration package will be commensurate with the incumbents professional experience and will be in line with market standards.

Essential skills and experience:

The incumbent should have 8-10 years experience in a Project Management function within the pharmaceutical industry for regulated markets. Specifically:

• Executed end-to-end project management for new product development, i.e., from project initiation through to filing of the dossier, liaising with cross functional teams to respond to deficiencies and receipt of approval from the regulatory agency
• Handling end-to-end project management activities for new product launches for all regulated and semi-regulated markets
• Monitoring and ensuring timely execution of life cycle management activities for approved products
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the projects
• Conduct periodic project reviews at key project stages and share learnings for future projects as best practice
• Tracking major milestones and conducting fortnightly review with cross functional teams to ensure timely escalation and resolution of any issues
• Preparation and Presenting the MIS for senior management on a periodic basis

Preferred Education requirements:

Bachelors or Masters in Pharmacy or equivalent.

Candidate having a post-graduation degree (i.e. Project Management Professional) will be preferred.
