We are looking for Executive Assistant with 3+ years of work experience (Third party payroll).

• Manage and organize calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
• Act as gatekeeper, screening calls and managing correspondence [emails, letters, etc]
• Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors and board meetings.
• Coordinate and organize high level meetings, conference and events
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional demeanour.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite [word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook]
