- Reliability of Truck tipplers & all belt conveyors.
- Modifications related to spillages, leakages and fugitive dust emission at wagon tippler , Transfer tower & clinker silo top.
- No LWC/FAC, carry out SBO, WTI, Identify gaps/ Reporting Near Miss & Adherence to PTW.
- Preventive maintenance of wagon tipplers, truck tipplers, belt conveyors, dust collectors & all connecting equipment.
- Implementation of KAIZEN for smooth & safe operations.
- Safe operations of wagon unloading & loading in free time.
