Area Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve area targets through effective field sales strategies.
  
• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility and drive business growth in the assigned area.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and mentorship to team members to improve their skills and productivity.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new opportunities and resolve issues promptly.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decision-making.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in B2C Sales or related field sales management role.
  
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through innovative sales tactics.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with internal teams (marketing) external stakeholders (customers).
  
• Strong understanding of direct sales principles, including lead generation, conversion rates analysis.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
