1. To ensure Smooth functioning of Administration departments as per approved procedures.
2. To ensure Smooth functioning of Security departments as per approved Procedures.
3. To ensure optimum utilization of all company vehicles.
4. To ensure that front office activities are handled smoothly.
5. To monitor in-out movement of all employees.
6. To ensure smooth functioning of CCTV cameras.
7. To ensure that pest control activities are done as per defined and approved procedures.
8. To ensure at all bio-hazardous material is handed over to authorized vendor as per approved procedure.
9. To monitor visitor movement inside factory premises.
10. To monitor first Aid Activities as per established procedure.
11. To ensure effective implementation of fire and safety management procedures.
12. To monitor and control contract labor management.
13. To ensure that salary, expenses and full & final settlement of all employees done in time as per approved procedure.
14. To ensure that all statutory compliances related to factory Act & Contract labor are fulfilled and maintained.
15. To ensure that personal hygiene is maintained by all employees.
16. To ensure that coordination is done with officials for external inspections.
17. To attend and resolve grievances raised by employee as per approved procedures.
18. To monitor employee engagement activity within the company.
