Chemical Trainee

As a Fresher Chemical Engineer, you will undergo training and work alongside experienced professionals to learn about process engineering, plant operations, safety protocols, and troubleshooting. You will contribute to the improvement of chemical processes, safety systems, and product quality while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Support: Assist senior engineers in designing, analyzing, and optimizing chemical processes.
• Data Analysis: Support the collection and analysis of data related to process efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Troubleshooting: Learn to identify and resolve process-related issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow and enforce company safety standards and procedures. Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.
• Project Assistance: Collaborate on ongoing projects, including process optimization, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports, including process specifications and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Research and Development: Support the R&D team in testing new materials, chemicals, or process improvements.
• Learning and Development: Participate in on-the-job training and professional development opportunities to build your technical expertise.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field (recent graduate or within 1-2 years of graduation).
• Certifications: Any certifications related to chemical engineering (e.g., process simulation, safety management) are a plus but not required.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of chemical processes, process equipment, and safety regulations.
