Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead innovative and best-in-class marketing campaigns for Ultra Group of Companies.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from strategy development through to tactical execution, working cross-functionally with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and build best-in-class marketing campaigns for Ultra Group of Companies

2. Lead the campaign strategy during pre-launch, launch, and post-launch and development workflow to deliver campaign goals.

3. Consistently measure the performance of all marketing campaigns and make corrections if required.

4. Should have experience in performance/PR/content/brand marketing in media/ OTT/fast-paced consumer-focused business and growing a social audience.

5. Experience in building brands & categories especially in the regional segment.

6. Should have deep knowledge in running a 360- campaign, from strategy development to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, print and out-of-home).

7. Understanding of the digital ecosystem, current marketing trends in customer acquisition as well as brand-building, marketing opportunities

8. Work cross-functionally with Platform, Content, Social, PR, Digital and Creative Communication teams to develop marketing creative and ideas and collaborate with Production houses and talent to build show viewership.

9. Collaborate with external marketing agencies and drive all marketing activities for the platform

10. Collaborate with analytics /product/growth teams to develop frameworks & analytical models to predict outcomes

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on performance, PR, content, and brand marketing in fast-paced, consumer-focused industries such as media/OTT.
• Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
