Responsibilities: Teaching: Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons that cover various aspects of the language, including grammar, vocabulary, literature, and writing. Curriculum Development: Develop and maintain a well-structured English curriculum that aligns with academic standards and educational goals. Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can actively engage in the learning process. Assessment: Evaluate and assess students' performance through assignments, tests, and other forms of assessment. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve. Individualized Support: Offer additional support to students who need help in mastering English skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Literature Exploration: Introduce students to various literary genres, authors, and texts, encouraging critical analysis and interpretation. Cultural Understanding: Promote an understanding of English-speaking cultures and their influence on literature and language. Technology Integration: Use technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and engage students in the learning process.
