Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a RERA Compliance Advocate at UK Realty in Mumbai.

- The role involves ensuring compliance with Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) guidelines, conducting audits, and maintaining records to ensure adherence to legal requirements.

- The RERA Compliance Advocate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold regulatory standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of RERA guidelines and regulations

- Independently Register RERA projects

- Do quaterly compliances

- Handle RERA matters

- Experience in conducting audits and maintaining compliance records

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

- Legal background or certification in real estate law is a plus

- Bachelor's /Master's degree in Law, Real Estate Management, or related field
