Responsibilities.

- Manage operations through end-to-end planning, metrics review and root cause. analysis, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution.

- Should be equally comfortable with long-term planning and day-to-day progress. tracking and execution.

- Oversees all operations and financial issues maximising revenues and controlling. operational expenses to match the established business plan.

- Check RWA sites, corporate houses, and retail outlets for the feasibility of installing electric. chargers.

- Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of chargers at the client's. location.

- Managing, monitoring, and developing a team of technicians and line managers.

- Identifying operational issues, potential problems, and opportunities.

- Make sure that all chargers are properly maintained and serviced.

- Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.

Preferred qualification:.

- Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

- MBA graduates are preferred. (not mandatory).

- Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced. environment.

- 4 to 9 years of experience in Operations.
