Ensurecustomers are educated about all products/services offered by Ujjivan.

Ensure lowercustomer attrition by providing different products as per customer requirement.

Focus onlower TAT as per laid down standards.

Internalprocess

Ensure delinquency is within norms and does X-Bucket collection.

Ensure Firsttime right (FTR) logins, Disbursement within TAT (Turn-around time), Collectionof OTC, PDD

Learning& Performance

Ensure thatself is up to date on all relevant circulars and all products/services offeredin the Branch

Ensureadherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self

Ensuregoal-setting, mid-year review and annual appraisal process within specifiedtimelines for self

Bike orscooter with smart phone is mandatory for the role
