JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, with expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This role requires a creative thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and accessible user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform usability testing to optimize design solutions.
- Ensure all designs adhere to WCAG accessibility standards and follow best practices in Material Design, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and evolving project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualification
- Education: BTech or Graduate in a relevant field.
- Total Experience: 7 years, with at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material Design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
