Lead UI/UX Designer

We are highly focused, and our goal is to be the platform of choice for businesses in the B2C segment including financial services, education, healthcare, real estate, leisure, and consumer services.The Role - UI/UX Designer, Service CloudAs part of our in house design team you will work alongside other designers, creating UI assets, design and plans for our software products, from initial brief, doing extensive user research, interviewing users, working with key stakeholders to create a vision of the new visual design language through to final execution. You will work closely with Product Managers, Development, and QA in an agile environment. The Senior UI/UX Designer must have strong knowledge of UI and familiarity of web technologies and UX.The role will predominantly focus on B2B UI/UX design use cases so we would prefer an applicant with prior experience in a B2B product design role.Responsibilities Design user flows for web and mobile experiences Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the product roadmap in collaboration with product managers and developers Conducting qualitative research to gain an understanding of reasons, opinions, and motivations of users using unstructured or semi-structured techniques Creating mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes ahead of development Usability testing new and existing products using prototypes, both internally and with external clients Prototyping new functionality and products, both for desktop and mobile to aid product development Work closely with the product team to provide user experience input Ensuring a cohesive and consistent experience across throughout our brand guidelinesRequirements 5+ Years of effective work experience in UI design Strong understanding and practice of UI and UX design principles Ability to mentor Jr designers on design principles Knowledge of responsive / adaptive design Experience with creating both raster and vector graphics and basic graphical elements like icons, splash screens, avatars etc. Design of desktop and mobile web applications Experience building both low and high fidelity prototypes, or using prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD or similar Usability testing of prototypes and products with a good understanding of Usability standards Experience with mental models, user personas and user journeys Experience working within an agile environment A creative thinker with advanced skills in design, layout and interactive engagement Strong eye for detailGood To Have Experience of working within a B2B enterprise or platform environment Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, SASSThe ideal candidate will possess excellent and attention to detail and communication skills.
