About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team at our Thane office. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to transform ideas into engaging, seamless products.

Key Responsibilities :

User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and gather insights to understand user behavior and needs.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and product navigation.

UI Design: Create high-fidelity, visually appealing, and responsive UI designs that align with brand guidelines.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

Usability Testing: Perform usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate designs to enhance user experience.

Design Systems: Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across products.

Innovation: Keep up with the latest UI/UX design trends and tools to continuously improve design quality.

Qualifications :

Experience : 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and mobile).

Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing UX flows, wireframes, UI designs, and case studies.

Tools :

Must-Have :

- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.

Good-to-Have :

- Familiarity with Bezi and ShapesXR.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

- Ability to create intuitive, user-centric designs.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to Detail :

- Ability to handle feedback and refine designs with precision.

Time Management :

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with motion graphics, micro-interactions, and animations.

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to communicate with developers effectively.

- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
