1. Business Development Executive (Software Sales Hyderabad, Valsad, Surat, Mumbai)
* Identify and generate leads for software solutions in telematics and commute products.
* Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations for potential clients.
* Build and maintain relationships with software users, fleet operators, and enterprise clients.
* Collaborate with the tech team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
* Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to drive software adoption.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring long-term partnerships.
2. Business Development Executive (Hardware Sales - Hyderabad)
Sell Hardware like fuel sensor, Wired Fuel Level Sensor, Tilt Sensor, Temperature Sensor, Wireless Interface Converter etc to businesses.
* Engage in field sales and direct interactions with potential clients for product demonstrations.
* Coordinate with technical teams for product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Build a strong pipeline of customers through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
* Understand customer pain points and position hardware solutions effectively.
* Track sales progress and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
3. Customer Success (Mumbai)
* Act as a bridge between the company and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Address client concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide ongoing support.
* Conduct training sessions for clients to maximize product utilization.
* Monitor customer usage patterns and suggest relevant product features for optimization.
* Work closely with the sales and technical teams to resolve escalations and enhance customer experience.
* Collect customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to understand and explain both software and hardware products.
* Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or enterprise sales preferred.
* Customer-centric mindset for success and support roles.
* Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
* Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
