Clinical Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform breast screening using iBreastExam device during events and medical camp.
• Ensure that all machines and tablets are charged and are in working condition.
• Act as the point of contact and work with various agencies for iBreastExam (iBE) Screening Camps
• Collaborate with various agencies in the region and roll out Public Health Research Projects.
• Conduct product demonstration and Continuous Medical Education (CME) to customer.
• Scheduling Device Installation, training sessions and attending meetings as required.
• Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders
• Log all customer contacts including contact information for follow up
• Build a rapport with patients during home visits
• Routinely maintain patients health records and other records as per requirements
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies
• Maintain database of camps and client visits
• Help in other clerical activities as required.

Qualification and Experience:

• BSc/MSc/ Nursing
• 1-2 years of experience, working in hospitals/clinics

Skills and Knowledge:

• Age 20 to 40 years
• Basic Clinical Skills
• Decent Communication Skills
• Presentable
• Customer centricity, team orientation, ability to prioritize would be critical for the success of the role
• Ability to travel as per requirement.
