Family Cook

Job Description:

A private household is seeking an experienced and skilled Professional Cook to prepare healthy, vegetarian meals for a family of three to five family members and for the occasional party for 15 - 20 guests whenever required.

The cook should have expertise in South Indian and North Indian cuisines along with American & Chinese breakfast options. The role requires a focus on nutrition, hygiene, and variety while catering to the family's preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily veg and non-veg meals with a balance of:

• South Indian Cuisine Idli, Dosa, Sambar, Rasam, Upma, Pongal, etc.
• North Indian Cuisine Parathas, Dal, Sabzis, Roti, Chole, Rajma, Paneer dishes, etc.
• American Breakfast Pancakes, Oatmeal, Smoothies, Avocado Toast, Eggs alternatives, etc.
  Ensure meals are fresh, healthy, and well-balanced.
  Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
  Plan meals, manage grocery shopping, and keep track of ingredient availability.
  Adapt to dietary preferences and customize meals as required.

Please NOTE : Duty Days are from Sunday to Saturday (365 days a year).,

Age Between - 25 yrs. - 35 yrs.

Job Contract Agreement for 2 years.
