Senior Sales Engineer - Noida/North India

Role & responsibilities

UCAM is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer capable of articulating how the technical features of our solutions can address customer challenges. An adept Senior Sales Engineer is always on the lookout for opportunities to enhance the product and increase its appeal to customers.

• Work with the internal sales team and marketing team.
• Achieve order bookings and sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales teams across regions.
• Demonstrate integrity, hard work, and discipline in executing the roles.
• Generate new leads.
• Develop markets and communicate the USPs (Unique Selling Propositions) of the product.
• Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or SAP C4C.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in sales within the Machine Tools Industry.
• Proven track record in selling complex industrial products.
• Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.
• Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easily understandable manner.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation skills

• Handling customer complaints
• Ability to identify new business opportunities
• Microsoft Office skills and Google Workspace proficiency
