Amazon Catalog Listing/Inventory

Responsibilities:

1. Product Catalog Management: Create and update product listings on eCommerce platforms, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform guidelines.
2. Product Categorization and Tagging: Organize products into relevant categories and apply appropriate tags and attributes to enhance searchability and navigation. Implement effective taxonomy and metadata structures for better product discovery.
3. Content Creation and Optimization: Write compelling and informative product descriptions that highlight key features, benefits, and specifications. Optimize content with relevant keywords to improve search rankings and visibility.
4. Image Editing and Enhancement: Edit and enhance product images to meet platform specifications, ensuring high-quality visuals that showcase products in the best possible way. Optimize images for fast loading speeds.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across product listings. Monitor and resolve any issues related to product information, pricing, or availability.
6. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor product listings, pricing, and promotions to identify opportunities and stay informed about market trends. Make recommendations for pricing adjustments and product differentiations.
7. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and inventory management, to ensure accurate product information, timely updates, and efficient inventory synchronization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in eCommerce catalog management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and listing tools (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central).
• Proficiency in content management systems and basic HTML knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to write compelling product descriptions.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization strategies.
