Software Developer - C#/Python (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our growing team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications to meet business needs.

- As a Software Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in [insert programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.

- Design and develop software solutions based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize software features and enhancements.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.

- Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and back-end applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and bugs.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Write unit tests and ensure the software is thoroughly tested before deployment.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to implement innovative solutions.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time and meet project requirements.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers when needed.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as [ Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, etc.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Solid understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.

- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g , Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-native technologies.

- Familiarity with mobile application development (Android, iOS) is a plus.

- Experience with machine learning or AI technologies is a bonus.
