Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cyber Security Trainer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on various aspects of cyber security, preparing students to excel in their careers, and staying updated with the latest trends in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive cyber security training sessions for students and professionals.
Cover topics such as network security, ethical hacking, cryptography, risk management, compliance, and incident response.

Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, practical exercises, and case studies.
Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and certifications like CEH, CISSP, CISM, and CompTIA Security+.

Hands-On Learning: Facilitate practical labs and real-world simulations to enhance learning outcomes.
Provide guidance and mentorship during hands-on projects.

Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate students progress through assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
Provide constructive feedback and suggest areas for improvement.

Industry Updates: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in cyber security.
Integrate new developments into training modules to ensure relevance.

Support & Guidance: Assist students with queries related to course content and career guidance.
Provide support in certification exam preparation.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are highly desirable.
Proven experience in cyber security training or relevant work experience in the cyber security domain.
Strong knowledge of tools like Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, and other penetration testing frameworks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in corporate or academic training.
Familiarity with online training platforms and virtual labs.
