This team will lay the foundation for the product, and we can t afford mediocre code/communication please suggest your best people!
- The FS Team Lead Architect is THE key position. Needs to have built similar products before, be super smart, and capable of managing a team. He/she will be trusted with code reviews.
- All devs need to write exceptionally clean, high-quality code
- Young candidates strongly preferred ( 35 years)
- Outstanding work ethics (the first 2 months will be very intense!)
- Exceptional communication/English skills
